Candidate should have strong interests in semiconductor physics and/or RF designs for applications such as wireless mobile, IoT, automotive, etc. A candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn attitude and team play will be first considered. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success. Your Job : + RF/mmW device model development for used in circuit designs such as PA and LNA + Study and analyze RF device characteristics + Data preparation and analysis of test results + Collaborate closely with device and modeling engineers on development + Report preparation to summarize results or to make technical recommendations.
