· Overall 12+ years’ experience.
· Ability to work with Architect , business owners and System Admins to design new DevOps strategy.
· Recommendation on new tools to be used.
· 70% hands on DevOps implementation.
· Ability to lead 1-2 member team at onsite or offshore for delivering tasks/user stories.
· Hands on skills on Build & deployment, monitoring and operations using tools like Jenkins, Chef, Puppet or similar
· Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required)
· Scripting required for build and deployment automation
· A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)
· Excellent in communication and stakeholder management
· Release engineering activities
· Unix/Linux expertise
