What you will do to contribute to the company's success
The DevOps Administrator is responsible for monitoring, installing, configuring, and maintaining tools in the software environmentAssists developers in deployments through administration tasks and working closely with infrastructure teams in cluster builds.Works closely with the infrastructure team to proactively monitor and report performance and utilization of all DevOpstechnologies.Troubleshoots software DevOps related software, hardware, and host technologies.Manages issues or escalated tickets and tasks, and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners.Installs, configures, and manages additional continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools in the environment,such as Jenkins, GitLab, Maven.Available for on-call responsibilities, often to troubleshoot issues within the environment and accompanying technologies.Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values.Qualifications
At least six months related experience with Red Hat Linux RequiredExperience supporting applications running on Docker and Kubernetes PreferredSkillsCapable of working effectively without full-time supportDetail-orientedTeam-playerDevOps knowledgeAn understanding of the Red Hat OpenShift clusterAn understanding of containersAn understanding of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) spaceRed Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration-PreferredRed Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA®) PreferredRed Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)-PreferredBenefits
