Fujitsu Defence have an exciting opportunity, to deliver DevSecOps for one of our customers, the implementation and adoption of which is critical to enable the project to deliver secure solutions, rapidly across security boundaries without compromising on security assurance, yet fully embracing CI/CD and test automation. To make this a success we need a strong technical leader with experience in the delivery and adoption of DevSecOps tooling, including CI/CD, test automation, secure secrets management, orchestration, artifacts management and security tooling such as SCA, DAST, SAST.
DevSecOps is a key capability of Fujitsu Defence’s technical delivery strategy for the foreseeable future and we are looking to grow our talent pool in this space, not just for this opportunity but to shape our delivery processes going forwards, working with partners, CDO, and Digital Leads.
Your role will involve
Responsible for the overarching design, technical implementation, delivery and assurance of the DevSecOps tooling, associated processed and ways of working. Leading the DevSecOps Engineers, making design decisions and assessing options. Works with Product Owners and Scrum Master to define/prioritise work and raise Risks/Dependencies. Own the requirements, ensuring the DevSecOps implementation satisfies these and ensuring it aligns to the Business Outcomes and security needs. Producing and Assuring documentation and Models for the tooling and associated processes Defines Support Approach working with Service/Support Team Engages with other teams on the usage of the tooling and dependency management.Your transferable skills and experience:
Key Skills
Experience in the Design / Configuration / Usage in a number of the following -
CI/CD Pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps IaC code tooling, including Terraform, Ansible, Harbor SCA/IAST/DAST tooling, ideally Synopsis e.g. Black Duck, Coverity, Codesight Automated Test tooling, ideally Selenium / Robot Framework Test Management Tooling ideally Azure Test Plans Secure Secrets Management, ideally Azure DevOpsGeneral
Design Modelling, ideally with Archimate (BizzDesign preferred) AWS General / Usage Azure Cloud General / Usage VMWare General/Usage Technical Leadership & Design DevSecOps tooling and practices Application Security Testing SAFe ProcessesPlease note: It’s still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
