We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated DevOps Architects to lead the design and development of deployment/process automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools for smooth operations from dev to deploy. As a technical leader, you'll collaborate with peers and stakeholders to build technical solutions to address business requirements. You'll also be responsible for building and leading an impactful team of DevOps and SRE engineers, focusing on operation efficiency improvements and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for:Design and implement DevOps practices, tools, and processes to improve collaboration, efficiency, and quality across the software development lifecycle.Continuously monitor and improve processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and platforms for specific business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Foster collaboration between development, operations, and quality assurance teams by providing training, guidance, and support for DevOps practices and tools.Mentor junior team members in DevOps practices, tools, and processes, helping them develop skills and expertise.
