The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks to support scalable and secure applications. Key Tasks: * DevOps Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement DevOps best practices, focusing on automation, scalability, and security * CI/CD Pipelines: Architect and manage robust continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and implement IaC solutions using Terraform to automate provisioning and management of cloud environments * Cloud & Automation: Leverage Azure and other cloud platforms to build resilient, secure, and scalable solutions * Security & Compliance: Ensure DevOps workflows align with industry security standards and compliance requirements, particularly within the financial sector * Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to enhance system reliability and performance * Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to enhance DevOps adoption and maturity across the organization
