Position Description: + Primarily they are looking for DevOps Engineer with Python, Ansible who has good experience in Automating infrastructure particularly here this is for Storage infrastructure. + The candidate should understand of Storage, components, if they have done any experience in automating Storage process or tasks that would be perfect. + Carry out tasks to certify, test and develop new features and platforms on our Block, File, Backup and Archive infrastructures. + Develop automation to support the above requirements, covering support, install, provisioning, migration management/compliance Provide Enterprise Infrastructure, including platform services (UNIX and Linux servers, Windows and storage) for securely storing/analysing data as well as Developer Services which enable faster delivery of highly standardised platform services, for example, Virtualisation, ALM, Dev Engineering, Development and Cloud. + Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services What you need to have to succeed in this role + Must haves: Write development code, understand a DevOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline, and build automated test scripts (for infrastructure products and upgrades), and build automation interfaces between systems + Required Automation languages : Ansible, Python, Jenkins CICD Pipeline, GitHub, APIs + Nice haves – an experience of one or more of the below storage technologies: (any of the following requirements below are great to have along with automation and testing skills being primary requirement.) + Block Storage: Expertise in Server operating system – Linux RHEL/Windows/VMware Expert in all aspects of Storage Automation delivered by vendors Dell Power Max/Vmax3/SRDF/XtremIO, Pure Flash Array, HPE Primera, Cirrus DMS Infrastructure as Code and automation/orchestration technologies, such as Puppet / Chef / Ansible Tower / Jenkins or/and + File Storage: Expertise in NetApp administration and troubleshooting, including ONTAPI (NCDA preferred) Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell and Python) Proficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible) or/and Object Storage: + Required: Any of programming languages- Ansible, Python, Golang , Strong knowledge of Jira, Scrum Agile Dell EMC ECS, Netapp Storage GRID, S3 + Object Storage Optional: GCP / AWS or/and Data Protection: Strong technical background in Veritas NetBackup and related infrastructure Strong technical background in Commvault and related infrastructure Development experience with multiple languages, including Python, Bash, Ansible, orchestration using Red hat and Puppet
