Position Description

Assist the Infra lead / manager to manage Cloud Infrastructure service, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD toolset and workflow for HAECO Group.

To Review and Implement the project infrastructure request within the project timeline and budget cost  

To test Disaster Recovery Drill and business continuity plan

What You'll Do

IT Infrastructure Cloud Infrastructure

· To install, upgrade and manage all Cloud Infrastructure

· Maintain DevOps workflows & forms Assist to design and implement the DevOps architecture and automation solutions including but not limited infrastructure security, automated provisioning, CI/CD pipeline

· Operate Kubernetes platform and assists on application deployments and troubleshooting with practical operation and maintenance experience

· Provide support for all cloud related issues, including Network, IoT connection, system monitoring, change control and incident response

· Manage O365, M365, Azure AD

· Manage various internal and external service provider to meet HAECO service levels

· Co-ordinate for Discover Recovery Drill and related activities

· Ensure the infrastructure meet the security requirements

Infrastructure Project Delivery

· Assist to complete Infrastructure project/ task

· Manage vendors in IT project delivery, systems development, support and production transition

Infrastructure Security

· Collaborate with Group security teams and MSOC to enhance the IT security controls and procedure to protect company data

· To remediate for any security violation

Infrastructure Management

- Design, Provision and maintain supportabilities for all Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps to meet the support, application and security requirements

- Configure automation scripting for automating operation tasks

- Maintain the backup infrastructure

- Keep all the hardware inventory and responsible to renew the maintenance

· IT infrastructure project and support – Assist infrastructure project and production transition smoothness

What You'll Need

1. Technical Experience

· A minimum of 2/3 years of IT Infrastructure experience with 1 year of Devops / Cloud /Infrastructure management

· HandOn Experience of Jenkins, Kubernetes, ELK, Docker, Argo CD, Terraform, Packer

· Knowledge of Cloud platform, architecture and design

· Ability to build CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native and/or opensource tools

· Knowledge of microservice architecture, RESTful.

· Experience in with GIT operations

· Strong awareness of networking protocols and cyber security

· Experience in Azure and GCP would be a plus

· Excellent knowledge of monitoring tools

· Familiar with Python or Shell script

· Cloud Network knowledge

· Relevant cloud certifications would be advantageous

· Strong interpersonal skills promoting technology excellence, positive working atmosphere and managing conflict

2.Other Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Higher diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or discipline

· Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/&Cantonese is preferred

· Good Interpersonal and communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and able to work independently
