Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in East Lansing, Michigan. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be tasked with managing AWS technologies, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining system configurations. You will also be involved in cluster analysis and automation processes. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage AWS Technologies for optimal system performance • Utilize Ansible for configuration management and system adjustments • Implement and maintain Apache ANT+ and Apache Tomcat systems • Use Atlassian Jira for efficient project management and tracking • Follow Agile Scrum methodologies for iterative and incremental development • Automate repetitive tasks and processes for efficiency and accuracy • Conduct cluster analysis to interpret data and extract valuable insights • Maintain system configurations to ensure operational reliability and security • Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to release. Requirements • Proficiency in Amazon EC2 is a requirement for this role. • Must have experience with Ansible. • Knowledge of Apache ANT+ is necessary. • Familiarity with Apache Tomcat is expected. • Previous experience with Atlassian Jira is essential. • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies is needed. • Must be comfortable with Automation processes. • Proficiency in AWS Technologies is highly desired. • Experience with Cluster Analysis is a plus. • Must be adept at Configuration Management.
