About The Role 

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer responsible for the CI/CD, IaC development and operations of the Connect platform within the CloudBlue solution. Connect is a micro-service SaaS platform operating in the Cloud infrastructure which has API interaction, relational and non-relational databases, message broker exchanges, etc.  

We are a growing distributed team primarily located in Barcelona with people in Sofia and Irvine CA. We are a diverse group of young and energetic engineers building the  cutting-edge tech platform. What You’ll Be Doing 

Designing, developing and deploying Infrastructure As Code and CI/CD 

Operating Connect in production and other dev environments 

Writing automation scripts for monitoring and operational needs 

Working in a small dedicated DevOps team 

Collaborating with other CloudBlue teams 

Working with your team and engineering manager to grow your career 

What You Need 

5+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer 

Expert in Terraform and some automation engine like Ansible 

Great CI/CD experience with Jenkins or a similar platform 

Knowledge and experience in operating a k8s cluster  

Expert with one of the Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP 

Advanced PostgreSQL and RDBMS knowledge 

Good knowledge of a scripting programming language 

Professional working proficiency in English language 

Nice To Have 

Kong API Gateway / Nginx 

Experience with Load Balancers 

Practical  knowledge of NoSQL like Mongo or Redis 

Hands-on RabbitMQ experience 

Open source contribution or a pet project 

Expertise in debugging
