Want to know more? See more of what we do . Job DescriptionThe DevOps Engineer III will play a significant role in the development, automation, and security across our diverse company portfolio. We presently use a diverse number of systems like Chef, GitLab, GitLab-CI, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate the testing and delivery of both our Windows and Linux based hosted applications; with plans to consolidate on a standard set of tools leveraging GitLab-CI and Kubernetes where possible. The DevOps Engineer III will have an excellent understanding of full-stack application development, testing, continuous integration, a passion for security, and extensive experience working in an agile software development environment.What you Get To DoSupport the software development process by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, automating delivery, and implementing testingMentor other EngineersTechnical leadership for complex projectsEscalation support for Tier 2 SRE team in addition to internal DevOps needsProvisioning and maintenance of systems, load balancer configs, firewall rules, databases, and other automation driven infrastructure tasksAutomate CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy our softwareSkills And Requirements5+ years Software Engineering or Operations supportComfortable with various programming languages (ruby, ansible, bash, Perl, python, etc.)Effective communication skills for working across support and engineering departmentsExcellent Experience with cloud hosting infrastructure such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft AzureExcellent Experience in virtualization environments especially VMware vSphereExcellent knowledge of source control management GitHub, GitLab preferredPassion for security and identifying opportunities to improve security and testingSecurity RequirementResponsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.CLOSING FROM DEFAULT - ALL LOCATIONS
