Bring your expertise to our dynamic team, where teamwork and mutual respect drive our success, and help us deliver next-gen solutions for the future of payments. **What you will do:** + Lead the design, implementation, and support of our on-premises Kubernetes infrastructure using Tanzu 2, GitOps, ArgoCD, GitLab, and Kargo. + Configure CI/CD deployments with ConfigMaps, Secrets stored in Hashicorp Vault, and SecurityContexts to streamline and secure the process. + Collaborate directly with development teams to help them migrate applications seamlessly to Kubernetes CI/CD. + Build and maintain the Kubernetes infrastructure and tools that power our services, ensuring optimal performance. + Take charge of ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of our Kubernetes infrastructure. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. + Create and manage Helm Charts, making deployments simpler and more reliable. + Stay on top of the latest industry trends and bring fresh ideas to improve our infrastructure. **What you will need to have:** + Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military. + 6-10 years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or similar field. + Hands-on experience managing and administering Tanzu 2.0. + At least 3 years of experience with system administration, design, and operation of container platforms like Kubernetes/Tanzu. + Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Podman) and their management systems. + Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible. + Strong Linux OS administration skills, with deep knowledge of system internals. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. **What would be great to have:** + Certification in container orchestration systems, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development. **Important info about this role:** + We’re better together.
