Job DescriptionYou will join our Transformation & Governance team, a key group managing and evolving Ubisoft’s IT services. Based in Saint-Mandé, this team collaborates closely with our international studios, including Massive Entertainment (The Division, Avatar).
As a DevOps Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and evolution of critical IT services while working with international teams and actively contributing to strategic IT projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) to accelerate production teams' development cycles.Automating recurring tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Go.Managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and other Infrastructure as Code tools.Monitoring IT services with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack, ensuring their stability and performance.Collaborating with the Massive team to align IT and production needs effectively.Handling incident resolution, conducting post-mortem analysis, and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.Working independently while coordinating with the Snowdrop team and other internal partners.QualificationsExperience
Proven experience in DevOps and/or Linux administration within complex environments.Experience working in an international and collaborative context.Previous experience managing and optimizing critical IT services.Skills & Knowledge
Strong expertise in Linux systems.Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go).Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes).Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure).Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.Fluency in English is required.Additional Information
