We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and 2 days at the home office.

Your Role:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Engineering Operations Manager focused on GitHub automation and driving engineering excellence through innovative practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience with GitHub, and a passion for streamlining engineering processes to enhance productivity and innovation.

Your Impact:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to promote career development and growth Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline code reviews, deployments, and integrations Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using GitHub Actions and other CI/CD tools Ensure optimal configuration and maintenance of GitHub repositories, branches, and workflows Analyze current engineering processes and identify areas for improvement and automation. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation. Drive innovation within the engineering team by exploring and implementing new tools and technologies Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Your Experience:

Proven experience with GitHub automation, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines Deep understanding of GitHub and its APIs, as well as other version control systems. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with Terraform Ability to read and produce code – preferably in Python Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
