We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.In this role, you will:• Accountable for all Dev Ops activity covering Trade Transformation Common Data Services• Own and manage the delivery of small change and production stability improvements for Common Data Services, including Level 3 team to investigate and delivery of production defects• Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Patch Management.• Risk issue management. Manages tracking of risks/issues/ dependencies relating to production, environment and infrastructure, validating in coordination with the Program team. Takes ownership for critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales.• Ownership of IT Service Owner (ITSO) activities including ITSO Book Of Work, Technical Resilience Management Framework (TRMF), EIM updates, Managing GITHUB repositories and Jenkins Deployment Pipelines, setup and manage Appdynamics for the monitoring of production services, ensuring robust and reliable service• Driving improvement in overall quality of production service• Strengthen stakeholder relationships.
