Responsibilities:

* Help teams Upskilling and adopt DevOps Best Practices

* Help development team onboard to the Golden CI/CD Template

* Collaborate with the program team to enhance & Customize the Golden Pipeline based on the teams requirements

* Provide DevOps Delivery coaching to teams on all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle Framework, with a strong focus on TDD, BDD and shifting left security compliance and removing Technical Debt.

* Provide team and Product Ownership/scrum masters coaching around Product centricity and DevOps / Agile fundamental practices

* Observes the team to understand and remove impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as a DevOps / Agile team

* Work closely with the team and Identify opportunities for automation

* Create training materials relative to specific DevOps training needs

* Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation team efforts
