Job Description

The primary responsibility is to support the implementation and maintenance of security
measures that protect IT systems, networks, and data. This role focuses on identifying and
mitigating vulnerabilities, monitoring security systems, and ensuring compliance with industry
standards to safeguard the organization's infrastructure.

Support implementation and maintenance of security measures for IT systems, networks, and data. Assist in identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities through assessments and audits.Monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and protection tools, ensuring proactive threat detection.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to security incidents and implement effective incident response procedures.Participate in developing and implementing security policies, standards, and best practices.Document security processes and findings comprehensively and accurately.

This position is ideal for a security professional with a balanced mix of technical expertise and
strong organizational skills. The candidate will focus on monitoring and maintaining security
systems, mitigating vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Success in this role depends on collaboration, problem-solving, and a commitment to staying
updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and tools.

QualificationsKnowledge of security tools: Firewalls, antivirus software, IDS/IPS, MDM, PAM, SIEM.Basic understanding of networks, operating systems, and security fundamentals.Experience with BCP/DRP scenarios and implementing disaster recovery strategies.Familiarity with common cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities and their mitigation.Cloud security expertise: Understanding security principles in platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ENISA, CIS).Threat analysis skills: Using MITRE ATT&CK and related methodologies.Basic malware analysis experience to assess and mitigate potential risks.
