Job Description

Contribute to the development of internal IAM methodologies, frameworks, and products.

Design and implement IAM strategies, processes, and frameworks, fulfilling the organisation's unique cybersecurity requirements and integrations with existing systems and applications.

Manage IAM processes and technology to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.

Provide expert guidance and support to multiple teams on IAM best practices.

Create and conduct IAM training and awareness programmes for multiple clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM and cybersecurity trends and technologies.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience as an IAM Consultant or similar role.

Experience in implementing, securing and managing Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, and other Microsoft Identity Solutions to ensure seamless user access and robust identity protection.

Experience in implementing, securing and managing Delinea solutions.

Experience in implementing, securing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance and compliance initiatives, ideally with exposure to Viridian backend chaincode.

Expertise in cybersecurity and IAM compliance with industry regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.

Great organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.

 

Nice to have 

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are highly valued.

Expertise with other IAM services and tools, such as One Identity, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar, is highly valued.

Participation in cybersecurity and IAM-related communities, forums, or professional networks.
