DevSecOps Engineer (100% remote within Spain)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

 

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

BDC is about to undertake a migration from its current location in hadoop to a new cloud infrastructure with AWS. Taking a lead role within the squad Delivering enhancements to existing service, dealing with any issues/bugs and migrating to a new cloud nfrastructure. Delivering to time, budget and quality With oversight of solutions that deliver complex communications to service our customers. Leading and mentoring junior team members to further their technical prowess. Able to support production through 24*7 on call 

What UST expects from you?

+5 years of experience. Previous experience of working with Scala programming language as a full-stack dev-ops.  Experience and knowledge on Control-M, Hadoop/Spark, Kafka, Charon streaming, Postman, Java , Hue, SQL querying. Devops deployment and development experience Experience in AWS Ability to demonstrate consistently successful deliveries to time and budget Ability to drive out technical solutions that will enhance client's digital communications landscape. Experience of mentoring / coaching other technicians.   Experience of working in an agile environment. Broad experience of agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD  Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

 

Work Location

100% remote within Spain. 

 

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
