DFC Quality Assurance I
The DFC Quality Assurance I will be responsible for completing and formatting for processes, procedures, documents, templates, business policies, review schedules, and controls, and once approved, will identify inconsistencies and monitor these items. This position is to assess and draft improvement, control, and consistency suggestions for our current processes to ensure that they are effective for our organizations mission, strategy, and goals.
The DFC Quality Assurance I reports to the DFC Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager.
Location: Medford, OR or Tigard, OR (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Primary focus will be to assist with process, procedure, document, template, business policy, and control updates and maintain and monitor these itemsAssist with the creation of new reviews and review testingUpdate items as needed and directedDraft and assist with creation of process flows and procedures for individual tasksAct as a liaison between production, business functions and management to ensure processes are continuously monitored, evaluated effectively and improvedSolicit feedback to improve content, delivery methods, and effectiveness and report these suggestions to the Level III DFC QAQC staffStay abreast of revision ideas for efficiency improvements or inconsistency remediationOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
