DG BOSS: Wait Staff (FN)Prepares dining room for service (napkins, condiments, etc)Prepares back-up items such as butter, ice, coffee, fruits and juicesPerform side work as assigned to include cleaning and restocking suppliesMust become familiar with the menu, be able to offer suggestions and selections from guests and turn in order to the kitchen for preparationSupports a variety of special functions whichMay be required to move tables and chairsMay be assigned occasional cashier/checker dutiesMust possess ability to greet the public and be skilled in proper foodMay be required to work split or rotate shifts, and/or uncommon hours duty hours to include holidays and weekends and excess hoursEmployees must wear appropriate uniforms, and safety/sanitation equipment.Keeps uniforms, and work area clean and neat at all times.Maintains highest standards of sanitation at all times and in all locationsEnsure labeling and dating of all consumable items in front of the lineStrictly adheres to FIFO method when using stockMust be familiar and proficient in working all MWR dining outletsBasic Qualifications:
