MISSION

(Why the position exists)

ž  Ensure delivery performance from EMS to fulfill EPC requirement and monitor all the process in place to sustain delivery performance

ž  Drive Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholder

ž  Single point of contact with EMS on issue related with EMS

ž  Resolution leader for global level related with any delivery issue from EMS

ž  Standardize the process and performance monitoring using Control Tower giving clarity and visibility to all stake holder

ž  Able to challenge EMS and EPC for better process and performance

REQUIREMENTS

Education\:

·  Industrial Engineering Bachelor

 

Job Related Experience\:

·  Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Project Management, Schneider Production System

 

Business Understanding\:

·  Supply Chain Flow, production planning, crisis management, Labor Efficiency, Productivity

 

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills)\:

·  Supply chain tools \: SAP, Kinaxis, SSP, MRP

·  Analytical skill, communication skill, Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills.

·  Computer literate,

·  Fluent in oral and written English.
