DGM - Projects (Civil)
Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil projects within the Copper Business industry Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Identify and mitigate potential project risks while proactively implementing contingency plans Conduct regular project reviews and report on project progress to senior management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Master's degree in Project Management or relevant discipline (preferred) Experience 17-21 years of experience in civil project management, specifically in the Copper Business industry Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex civil projects within stringent timelines and budgets Proven experience in managing project teams and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
