What You’ll Be Doing

Installing, commissioning, and maintaining Siemens equipment and systems for a diverse customer baseProviding both on-site and remote technical support, including 2nd and 3rd level assistanceTroubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to minimise downtimeImproving internal tools, processes, and technical documentationAssisting with project planning, estimations, and executionManaging subcontractors and ensuring high-quality service deliveryParticipating in an on-call after-hours rosterTraveling interstate and overseas for service assignments and professional training.

What We’re Looking For

A strong technical background in industrial automation, drives, or related Siemens systemsA proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsA commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trendsA valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel as needed.
