DI Ops Reconciliations Specialist

Primary, your role will include the following:
• Manage client’s request (direct or via 3rd party e.g., audit) into DI Ops team GRU e.g., request for data, request to onboard new reconciliations and/or amend existing reconciliations
• Hold client service meetings where service levels (KPI, MIS etc.) + queries, issues, challenges, and progress are discussed
• Hold Risk Review meetings with clients, supported by assigned BRM to discuss any open risk issues
• Ensure client adheres to established service management framework e.g., annual SLA review & sign-off; annual SOP review and sign-off
• Act as Escalation contact for queries / concerns from the service delivery unit to the UBS Clients
