Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

As a valued member of our healthcare team, the staff Sonographer plays a crucial role in patient care by providing essential diagnostic imaging services. Working closely with a supervising physician, you will perform a variety of sonographic procedures to help diagnose and treat patients. Your expertise and compassionate approach ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care.

Schedule:

Full-time  60 hours every two weeks  Monday-Friday, varied start times, but typically between 7-9:30 a.m. 9- or 10-hour shifts, occasional 12-hour shifts Approximately every 5th-6th Weekend- 12-hour shifts 1-2 Holidays per year 

Pay & Benefits: 

$37.86 or more per hour, pay determined by experience $2,500 hiring bonus Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available 

Qualifications:

Certificate Completion of a two-year Allied Health education program or Associate of Applied Science Degree Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or Completion of a bachelor's degree  Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS  Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) ARDMS Credentialed in one of the following: Credentials in multiple specialties preferred.

           1) Abdomen
           2) OBGYN
           3) Pediatric
           4) MSK 

ARDMS Breast credentials required to rotate through Breast Center  Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) RVT Registered within 6 months  Vascular Experience Preferred
