Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose, service, and repair Servco Subaru vehiclesDocument notes and recommendations on the repair orderInspect vehicles and advise Service Consultant of any areas of concern so customers are informedEnsure work is completed accurately and done safelyMaintain and exceed minimum shop production standardsAttend all required factory training and obtain all required certifications

Requirements:

Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experienceMinimum three to six months of automotive repair experienceMust be able to secure at least one Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification within 18 months of being hiredValid driver’s license and strong driving recordAbility to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesMust own a basic set of automotive repair toolsGood communication skillsGood problem solving skills and strong attention to detailSubaru technical experience, diagnostic experience, safety inspection license and ASE certifications preferred.

Our Diagnostic Specialists are paid a competitive hourly wage and production incentive. They are also compensated for their ASE certifications and receive factory training in our climate-controlled Hawaii training facility.
