The opportunity:

Work well and along side the Filling Lead of the area and manage sub-teams of assigned operators to perform filling/ labeling / label printing and/or visual inspections to complete assigned production operations. The Individual can set-up, troubleshoot, and participate in change overs of Fill/Package/Label equipment as required.

Ensures that all necessary production documentation (batch production records) and associated SAP transactions are performed to ensure that all components meet requirements pertaining to lot numbers, expiration dates, intermediates, reconciliation’s, etc.

Individual is skilled in the set-up and operation of automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment to provide coverage as required to meet production plans.

Individual ensures that during every production operation, that all in process tests required to be performed by the team (Fill, torque, label alignment) are taken as required and meet predetermined acceptance criteria. 

Individual will assist in training of Diagnostic Technicians for Filling operations to perform all production tasks to meet replenishment demands.

Ensures Inspection of products for defects and conformance to quality standards and applicable SOPs is performed correctly and accurately and ensures all required in-process product checks are performed as required.

Understands GMP, QSR, ISO and RMS Quality regulations and ensure that all production operations are performed in a manner that meets these requirements.  Ensures all production operations conform to quality standards and applicable SOPs and meet all applicable quality requirements. Other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are?

High School Diploma is Required (Associate's Degree is Preferred)

5 years in filling, labeling or warehouse operations, is required

Preferred Qualifications:

7 years previous experience in filling, labeling or warehouse operations is preferred.

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg is 41,400.00 -  77,000.00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
