About P41 Transformation:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead for the business side to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, and delivering the Diagnostics (DX) business requirements within the P41 transformation project, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives. P41 is one of our core ERP systems including manufacturing, logistics, customer services, and various HQ and corporate processes. The system will undergo a major transformation to enhance its capabilities and align it with modern technological standards. We want to use this opportunity to additionally upgrade and harmonize operational processes wherever possible and meaningful. The transformation project will span over several phases (discovery, preparation, analyze & define, pilot and deployment) and years and is planned to end with deployment completed by 2030.
Your tasks and responsibilities:You will assume full responsibility for the set-up of future DX SCM processes within new ERP system derived from strategic and operational requirements of Diagnostics. This responsibility includes the management of all in-vitro (DX)-related aspects of the P41 replacement project. In addition, it covers the leadership and management of the global in-vitro project team across all relevant topics, day-to-day management of dedicated staff from more than 10 in-vitro sites in the U.S., Germany, the U.K., Ireland and China, as well as representation of in-vitro towards SHS and the overall program.You are responsible for the operational management of the project, including decision rights on in-vitro relevant topics and budgets within the framework aligned with the Steering Board.You manage the overall budgets and core design questions, as well as items with impact to SHS-wide structure.You define and implement a harmonized Diagnostics template and global standards as well as deliver the project at quality, on time and on budget.You will closely collaborate with the IT lead as well as the overall program lead on all relevant aspects of successful project planning and execution.
Your qualifications and experience:You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Your industry background is healthcare, preferably Diagnostics.You have proven experience in project management, ideally in SAP implementations in Supply Chain Management, or in business transformation projects.You have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes and good understanding of IT strategy.You have excellent communication and leadership skills.You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.You are ideally familiar with Siemens Healthineers’ PM@Healthineers framework.
