The Position[ Role Purpose ]
This position is primarily responsible for advocating the value of diagnostic products, formulating and executing marketing strategies and tactics. This position will more focus on HCC portfolio[ Role scope ]
Identify opportunities and challenges in the market, develop and execute realistic marketing plans through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholdersEstablish annual sales forecast and 3-year business planning for the products assigned in line with corporate strategies.Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) development and management in relation to focus product portfolio and marketing initiatives, including healthcare professionals, professional societies, government officials, payers and patients.Plan, execute and monitor product portfolio management including product launching, messaging, product obsolescence, and product registration for the products assigned in line with corporate strategies. Monitor product performance of assigned product portfolio, anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment and adjust plans accordingly.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, collect and analysis the competitive intelligence, and propose the plan to response.Ensure that all promotional contents are compliant with Roche and local regulatory requirementsConduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in CompetitionWorks with other DV, engineering, manufacturing and CST to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).New way of working mindset: Love to collaborate, embrace change, system awareness.Prior experience in clinician facing or oncology marketing is preferred.[ Requirements ]
Education :
University degree and above in Science, Marketing or Business Management is required
Experience :
More than 5 years experience in Commercial roles in related industries is requiredConsistent track record of crafting value with and for customers and patients to craft the market and customers needsMastery in Strategic thinking, data driven and analytical, stakeholder partnership as well as excellence in communication.Experience in a diverse and inclusive environmentSpecific Knowledge & Skills :
