The Position

Role scope:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for specific products or product lines to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement in the marketplace.Create and implement business plans that optimally position products within the competitive landscape.Conduct market research and continuously supervise competitor activities to identify customer needs and market trends.Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) development and management in relation to focus product portfolio and marketing initiatives, including healthcare professionals, professional societies, government officials, payers and patients.Establish and refine pricing strategies that improve product profitability and market share.Ensure that all promotional contents are aligned with Roche and local regulatory requirementsConduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in CompetitionCollaborate effectively with internal teams, including DV, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Support, to crbuildew products or enhimproveisting offerings.Utilize business development skills to identify and prepare new markets (e.g., clinics) for future product launches.Adopt a new way of working attitude, demonstrating adaptability to change and a passion for collaboration.ultivate a challenge-loving attitude, driving innovative approaches to overcome obstacles.
 

Requirements:

Education :

University degree and above in Science, Marketing or Business Management is required 

Experience :

More than 5 years experience in Commercial roles in related industries is requiredPrior experience in POC marketing or business development is preferred.Proven track record of crafting value with and for customers and patients to craft the market and customers needsMastery in Strategic thinking, data driven and analytical, stakeholder partnership as well as perfection in communication. Experience in a diverse and inclusive environment
