What will you do?
A day in the life of a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning at Dickies looks a little like this.
The AMER Supply Planning Senior Analyst owns the Dickies Supply Planning process end to end for specified products. They will lead monthly supply planning activities for the assigned products, including review of net need, execution of collaborations to the sourcing hubs, follow up on confirmed PO ETA’s, review and decision making for ETA change requests, shipment tracking, and communication with sales, customer service, merchants and any other involved parties regarding rescheduled deliveries, program deliveries, seasonal deliveries, and any projected shortfall to the business plan. These functions will require the use of multiple tools, including Logility, System21, NGC, GT Nexxus, Microsoft Office Products, and others.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Develop strong collaborative internal and external relationships to drive a supply plan to support the financial forecast.
Manage SKU level plans and purchases to support forecasts, program needs and global opportunities to insure on time and in full deliveries and to reduce excess stock and liabilities.
Perform pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to identify opportunities and risks at the product level.
Provide input around key decisions related to drops and drop timing, and in stock style positions regarding Supply Demand match. Partner with sales, merchandising and global production to implement strategies and anticipate/mitigate opportunities and risks.
Provide both qualitative and quantitative information through supply review to support the monthly revenue projections.
Articulate key findings and create concise summaries of insight. Participate in the resulting action plans.
Be the liaison between sales, customer service, logistics, demand planning, global production, sourcing hubs and merchandising to insure overall plan execution.
Work on company metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Provide analytical Research and Reporting as required.
Utilize Continuous Improvement techniques for supply planning processes.
Participate in communications and meetings adding value to the Demand and Supply Plans.
Serve as an expert is helping analyst development and provide backup support for manager.
What do you need to succeed?

Location requirement: this position is hybrid, minimum 3 days in the Dickies office, in Costa Mesa, California.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
SAP based software (SAP/JBA/JDE) experience preferred.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Up to 10% travel may be required.

Hiring Range:
$75,168.00 USD - $93,960.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
