Senior Director, Brand Creative

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Senior Director, Brand Creative at Dickies looks a little like this.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, guiding the vision and strategy behind branding, campaigns, and visual communication, ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's objectives, and managing a team of creative professionals to deliver high-quality results across various marketing channels and global regions; ultimately setting the creative direction for the brand at a strategic level. This position reports to the VP of Global Brand Marketing.

Lead Internal Creative Teams: Managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative professionals across regions for global asset creation  Developing creative strategy: Define the overall creative vision for global campaigns, products, and brand experiences, aligning with business goals.   Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment across all communication channels.  Concept development: Generate innovative and impactful creative ideas, overseeing the ideation process, and presenting concepts to stakeholders.   Quality control: Ensuring all creative work meets high standards of quality, brand consistency, and visual appeal.   Budget management: Overseeing creative project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.   Trend analysis: Staying up to date on industry trends and incorporating new creative approaches into projects.   

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 12+ years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understanding offline and print inclusive of retail marketing  Proven experience with concept development   Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent  Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives  Impressive collaborator across the business  

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Knowledge of Dickies and the global workwear category

Hiring Range:

$203,040.00 USD - $253,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

Long-Term Incentive Potential: This position is eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
