Senior Director, Planning
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Senior Director, Planning at Dickies looks a little like this.
As a member of the Dickies Commercial Leadership team, the Sr. Director, Planning will lead teams responsible for comprehensive planning and analytics for the Americas region.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Manage the GTM process and tools in collaboration with Dickies Sales Leadership Team members and cross-functional departments. Set timelines and drive accountability for GTM execution Manage seasonal and monthly planning and forecasting processes Lead seasonal Demand Planning activities throughout the GTM process In collaboration with Finance and Sales teams, lead revenue tracking process (weekly/monthly/fiscal) Collaborate with digital teams toward the ongoing evolution of reporting platforms Manage and direct all weekly, monthly and seasonal sell-through and sell-in reporting and analysis for all channels. Train and manage the internal Sales Analyst reporting team Oversee the POS reporting tools to facilitate use by Dickies sales, product, finance and demand planning teams Provide Monthly and Quarterly in-season reports that summarize Dickies sell-through and sell-in performance Train internal sales teams on retail metrics and proper reporting utilization KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Wholesale, retail and .com accounts. Work functional leaders, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, Consumer Insight and Human Resources. Additional relationships include but are not limited to other VF entities, outside vendors and contractors.What do you need to succeed?

Preferred systems experience include: Tableau, Shiloh, SAPProficient skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Access, Word As required 20% amount of time.
