Dickies: Senior Manager, Licensing
Position Summary:
A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Licensing at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Senior Manager of Licensing will work within the Global Product Team. This role collaborates closely with merchandising, design, marketing, legal, and product development teams. The primary responsibility is to oversee the development and execution of the company's licensing strategy and execution, identifying and securing new licensing opportunities, and managing existing licensee relationships. This position reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer.

Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives.
Identify and evaluate new licensing opportunities to expand the brand's presence in key markets and product categories.
Negotiate and secure licensing agreements with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Manage relationships with existing licensees, providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure cohesive and successful licensing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of licensed products, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including licensees, retailers, and industry associations.
Present licensing strategies and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure all licensed products meet quality, fit, and functional standards.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in licensing, business development, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry.
Hiring Range:
$123,552.00 USD - $154,440.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
