The Senior Manager of Global Collaborations & SMUs will work within the Global Product Team, covering all regions. This role collaborates closely with design, marketing, sales, and global and regional merchandising teams. The primary responsibility is to manage the global roadmap and strategy for collaborations and special product requests (SMUs), acting as a central hub for strategy, planning, merchandising, and go-to-market (GTM) plans. This position reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer.

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for global collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives.
Act as the central hub for strategy, planning, merchandising, and GTM plans for global collaborations, providing visibility to brand collaborations worldwide and ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.
Serve as the primary liaison for the global team, managing special product requests (SMUs) for the regions, supporting localization efforts by ensuring SMUs align with global strategies and meet regional market needs.
Lead collaboration planning including definition of assortment, distribution, and deal terms.
Strong project management to lead collaborations from concept to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, category merchandising, regional merchandising, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive and successful collaboration initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and collaborators.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of collaboration and SMU initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Present collaboration and SMU strategies and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive innovation in collaborations and SMUs.
Define collaboration and SMU strategies based on short and long-range category product strategies.

Proven track record of managing successful global collaborations and SMU initiatives.
Strong sense of style and design, with the ability to curate and create visually appealing products.
Keen awareness of current and emerging fashion trends, with the ability to translate these into commercially viable products.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation in product offerings.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry.
Hiring Range:
$112,320.00 USD - $140,400.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
