CoWorx Staffing Service sis now hiring a Die Cutter in Saint Charles, IL!

A die cutter operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a die cutting machine to precisely cut materials like paper, cardboard, or plastic into specific shapes and sizes according to customer specifications, which includes tasks like loading materials, installing dies, monitoring the cutting process, performing quality checks, and ensuring the machine runs efficiently and safely; often requiring knowledge of basic mechanics and the ability to read blueprints and work instructions. **$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

– Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
– Inspect equipment for safety issues.
– Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine.
– Monitor quality, output and productivity.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Must have 3+ years of experience.
– Must be able to work 3day/4day weeks when needed.
– Must be able to work Nights (6pm-6am)
