**Job Title: Die Setter ($19.30-$23.83)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Die Setter to join our General Manufacturing team. The Die Setter will work primarily with the Disc Press Group, responsible for setting dies in 3500 Metric Ton presses using overhead hoists and fork trucks. This position involves setting up and adjusting dies, preparing them for production runs, and performing minor maintenance and inspection of tooling. **Responsibilities** + Set dies in 3500 Metric Ton presses using overhead hoists and fork trucks. + Setup and adjust dies for production runs. + Perform minor maintenance and inspection of tooling. + Work 50+ hours a week, including 5 to 6 days a week. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of experience in die setting or machining/mechanic background. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience with mills, lathes, and hydraulic equipment. + Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Experience in a high-speed production environment. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-year technical degree. + Experience with large progressive die setup. + Welding skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay starting at $19.30 and topping out at $23.83, along with great benefits. The work environment can be dirty due to metal parts handling. The company has recently invested $30 million in new equipment, reflecting a strong business outlook. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Frankfort, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
