POSITION: 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm-11:30 pm with a paid lunch. ___________________________________________________________

TITLE:  Die Set-up Operator               

REPORTS TO: Tooling Supervisor

 Responsibilities:

Locate and assemble components based on the FR and QEI/PEI instructionsClean and organize work to 6 S standards along with replenishing inventory areas at the end of every shiftRestock shelves when components are availablePlace components in proper outlined areaTake empty carts to injection queue area and take full carts from injection queue area back to set-upWhen assembly cart is full, take the cart to the designated cell staging areaExamine component quality as you use them, place any unacceptable components in appropriate scrap binRemove flash from all components before useFill in small missing sections of wax and fix small deformations of wax on componentsWork in a safe manor at all timesAble to pull up AQCS and properly locate instructionsFill out accurate time sheets and inventory data

Principal Area of Responsibility: 

Responsible for assembling components together and repairing components so they are able to be used as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This includes putting components in correct area, moving empty carts to their designated area, and cleaning the work station.
