Diesel Generator Engineer 

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 (Depending on Experience) + Overtime and Call-Out Pay

Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (Early Finish on Friday)

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced generator engineer for our client based in Bridgend on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of welfare units and a wide range of other equipment. You'll also provide onsite support to our valued customers, ensuring all machinery is in optimal condition.

The role:Maintain and repair all equipment within product range.Identify, document, and report any machine damage.Maintain accurate and detailed service and maintenance records.Provide onsite services for customers, ensuring quality workmanship.Participate in the on-call rota when required
The right candidate:Prior experience in the generator/Plant industry or similarStrong team player with excellent communication skills.Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunitiesGreat communication skills - both verbal and writtenCustomer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent serviceEffective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyA valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
