Job Description

Join our team as a Diesel Mechanic and play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment. You'll be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring our vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This position requires a skilled mechanic with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour

Shift: 2nd shift 12pm-8pm

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in various tractors, trailers, passenger vehicles, liftgates, and company equipment, including brake pads, hoses, and leaks.Perform both routine and preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections, and brake inspections.Proficiently use a variety of hand and power tools, including power drills, saws, air tools, and impact guns.Possess and maintain a valid CDL Class A license to operate and road-test heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and supporting equipment transport as needed.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
