**HIRING DIESEL MECHANICS IN PUEBLO,CO** We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that our fleet of trucks is in top condition. **PAY:** $25.00HR - $30.00HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE/OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT) **SHIFT:** 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-2:00PM **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of the company’s fleet, including trash trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles. + The role ensures that all vehicles meet DOT regulations and company standards, with a focus on hydraulics, electrical systems, and overall fleet reliability to serve our customers effectively. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Proven experience with heavy diesel vehicles and equipment, including diagnostics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and lighting components. + Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. **Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
