Our sales revenues exceed $700 million with projections surpassing $1 billion in next few years.  We are actively looking for candidates that can support our mission of providing exceptional customer service to a critical national industry.   Responsibilities of a Diesel Service Foreman entail: Supervise and assign work to Diesel Service Technicians Communicate and update customers on the status of repairs Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines Develop technicians’ knowledge and skills of heavy and medium-duty vehicles Inspect completed repairs The requirements to be a Diesel Service Foreman for CIT Trucks, LLC include: High school diploma or GED required Diesel technology degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in industry preferred Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT medical card Comprehension of basic software applications related to diagnostics, engine parameters, and product preference guidelines Agricultural or mechanical backgrounds have been proven beneficial CIT Trucks, LLC. provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes: Paid holidays and PTO Choice between 3 wide-ranging medical plans with prescription coverage Option to participate in HSA or FSA savings accounts Access to dental and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance, as well as additional voluntary life insurance for self and family 401(k) retirement planning that has a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4%
