Position: Fleet Service ManagerLocation: Mesquite, TXWe’re looking for a driven and skilled Service Manager to oversee our maintenance operations, optimize shop efficiency, and inspire a team of talented technicians. What You’ll Do:Manage and oversee all shop maintenance and repair operations.Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs.Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance staff.Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and inventory.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with other departments to support fleet operations.Oversee the ordering and purchasing of repair parts, equipment, and supplies.
