Shift: 1st M-F
Pay: $26-$28

Expecations and Requirements 

Follow DOT & OSHA safety procedures consistently Perform proper preventive maintenance Diagnose and repair of trailer/chassis-related defects & repairs Examine, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical problems using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment Perform emergency road calls Perform DOT inspection per FMSCA guidelines Assist in parts inventory management Must be able to communicate with internal customers and have good customer service, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods to repair equipment, and have flexible movement: to reach equipment and/or parts and maneuver equipment Must be able to work outside in inclement weather conditions and an environment with excessive noise and respiratory hazards without restriction

Qualifications 

Must have a valid driver's license Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license Technical or advanced degree or equivalent maintenance experience Ability to learn windows-based computer systems Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs & maintenance Successfully demonstrated problem-solving skills Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including good oral and written communication skills.
