patientresident caremiddot Obtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requestsmiddot Utilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet ordersmiddot Obtains daily report of patientsresidents
