Position Purpose
Join our team as a Dietary Aide, where you'll support our mission to provide excellent dietary services to our participants while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
What You Will Do
Assist in food preparation and serving, following safety and sanitation guidelines.Maintain a clean kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and supplies.Prepare nutritional supplements and snacks under the Dietitian’s guidance.Foster positive relationships with team members and participants.Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as needed.Support quality improvement initiatives and attend mandatory training.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Minimal Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Preferred: 1-2 years of food preparation experience in a healthcare setting.Prior experience working with elderly or frail populations preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and maintain physical activity throughout the shift.Position Highlights & Benefits
