The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents at the Southern Utah Veterans Home. This position plays a key role in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines and restrictions Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas before and after meal service Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a food service setting preferred Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
