Rumford Community Home is seeking a per diem Dietary Aide/Cook to join our team!

Starting pay is $18.00.

Education and experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be able to read, write and follow directions.1-3 years cooking experience. Experience cooking in a healthcare setting preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide each resident with a well-balanced diet, per diet plan, executed by the Director of Personal Care Services and approved by the Dietitian.Provide nutritionally balanced snacks and nourishments between meals and at bedtime.Assists in the preparation of meals and snacks as directed by the Charge Cook or Director of Personal Care Services.Use appropriate infection control technique in the handling of food.Assists in washing dishes following meal service.
