tasks to provide safe and effective food service to all clients staff and visitorsbull Assist in serving clients following prescribed menu including portioning food carefully and correctlybull Assist Cooks in food preparation when needed and function as cookcharge cook when assignedbull Perform safe and sanitary handling of all food and equipmentbull Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and equipmentbull Follow diet modifications in food preparation and servicebull Stock and maintain all storage areas including client unitsbull Flex schedule andor assignments when required according
